Q - How do I contact the Academy? 
A - You can contact us by either phone or email (see page 2) or via our website. 
 
Q - Does it matter what age I am? 
A - No – we welcome students of all ages (14+) and at all levels of experience 
 
Q - When is the Academy open? 
A - 5 days a week 48 weeks a year (closed for 1 week at Christmas) 
 
Q - Can I study part time? 
A - Yes, we offer flexible days and evening classes 
 
Q - Do I need to bring my own kit? 
A - If a kit is not provided all other students should ensure that they bring all electrical equipment, scissors, brushes, combs and clips with them 
 
Q - Can I bring a camera on my course? 
A - Yes, we advise that you bring a camera to record your inspirations / evidence throughout the day 
 
Q - Am I qualified to work in a salon after completing the Beginners Course? 
A - Upon successful completion you will possess the skills required to enter a salon as a Junior Stylist.  
 
Q - Will the Beginners Course give me a recognised qualification? 
A - Yes, you will obtain an NVQ Level 2 in Hairdressing/ either Level 1 or Level 2 certificate. 
 
Q - Do I need to bring my own model? 
A - At E-hair we care passionately that your training is delivered in the most practical, commercially respected environment. It is vital that your training is not impaired by the restriction of models; therefore many of our courses include training heads or blocks. E-Hair also provides model for certain courses and you can, in certain instances, advise us and bring in your own models. 
 
Q - How do I pay for the course? 
A - A registration fee is applicable on all bookings. (See individual course tariffs) Any remaining fees are to be paid 6 weeks prior to the course start date, unless otherwise stated. 
 
Q - How can I hear about new courses at the E-Hair Academy? 
A - We send out regular updates on courses. Simply request to be added to our mailing list. 
 
Q - How do I pay for the course? 
A - There is nothing to pay if you are on a Government funded programme. If you are on a private course, a registration fee on commencement will apply. Direct debit facility is available on most private courses.
