Our stylists are also Instructors and Assessors who are constantly evaluated and who attend updating skills seminars every year. This helps the motivation and inspiration for the team who can in turn pass on fashion / hair trends to salon customers and academy students and models.

Richard & Nancy

Salon / Academy Principals

The Salon team work under the entrepreneurial leadership of Richard and Nancy Cherry, stylists and Salon Owners, who have had celebrity clients and also performed show cases and seminars globally.

Richard and Nancy’s passion is to help raise industry standards of skills and knowledge to create a salon feeling of excellence and enjoyment where clients have a supreme understanding and confidence in all stylists and the services provided.

Garath

Salon Management Team

Garath ‘the other male in the Salon,’ is fully qualified to NVQ level 3 and has experienced stage and show work. He excels at creative cutting and styling and his charming manner makes him a Salon favourite.

Claire

Salon Management Team

Professional and personable, Claire is an experienced stylist and passionate about customers delight. She is a natural leader, fully qualified having gained NVQ Level 3 and A1 Assessors Awards plus the 7407 teaching qualification.

Sharon

Salon Ambassador

Sharon is an all round gifted technical stylist who enjoys providing fresh styling releases to all her clients in the Salon. Sharon is fully qualified having attained her NVQ level 2 and 3; A1 Assessors Award and 7302 qualification. Her wide range of abilities enable her to provide inspirational seminars and showcases, these include her passion for creative long hair work and hair extensions.

Kim

Technical Stylist

Kim is very gifted in technical styling and stays up to date with trend cutting and has a great following of local clients. She is fully qualified in L2 and L3 and has obtained her A1 Assessor Award and 7307 Teacher/Instructor Award.

Sam

Stylist

Sam is a bubbly, fun all rounder with good technical skills and a broad smile. She is fully qualified having gained her NVQ Level 2 and 3 and is currently working towards her Assessors and Teaching Awards.

Karen

Stylist

Karen is a naturally talented future star, who is building her skills and experience fast. Her ability to adapt techniques and current trends is exciting to watch!! Karen is qualified to NVQ Level 2 and is now progressing through her NVQ Level 3.

Developing Hairdressers

Also important are our team of developing hairdressers, all working towards the NVQ Level 2 qualification. They all provide good communication and treatments; assisting the team to gain the maximum from your E-hair experience.

Iris

A former salon owner, Iris’s organised and passionate nature means all learning programmes are structured and interesting. Fully qualified, her skills and knowledge constantly assist the development of our Instructors and Assessors. Her qualifications include:

Karen Radford

Beauty Co-Ordinator

Karen is responsible for the delivery and assessment of all our current beauty programmes. She brings her experience and personable charm to guide and progress our candidate therapists. Her qualifications include:

Chances are that when contacting the E-Hair offices, you will be greeted by Lynn, our administrator leader. Lynn brings her experienced organisational skills and personable nature to be able to assist you with all your enquires.

Instructor / Assessor

‘Kate’, previously a salon supervisor at South Devon College, is a motivated Trainer who is well known for her enthusiastic approach. A students’ favourite, Kate is currently looking after Work Based Assessment and of course is fully qualified with too many qualifications to even mention.
