Salon / Academy Principals
The Salon team work under the entrepreneurial leadership of Richard and Nancy Cherry.
Their biography includes global tours including Europe and Asia, providing hair workshops and fashion styling tips. Having worked in Denmark helping to forward new teaching programmes, they have recently received inspirational teaching awards, and been involved in the latest 'excellent' Ofsted reports.
They previously gained experience whilst working with celebrity stylists; Andrew Jose, Peter Lunn, David Drew, Damien Carney and Paul Falltrick, to name but a few, and also performing stage work at Salon International and charity hair events.
Richard and Nancy’s passion is to help raise industry standards of skills and knowledge to create a salon feeling of excellence and enjoyment where clients can have confidence in all stylists and the services provided.

A friendly face to welcome you in to our salon! Mandy will be available throught the week to book your appointments and answer any queries you may have!
Lauren Aggett
Salon Art Director
Lauren is an accomplished and talented individual. She has gained experience and valuable technical knowledge from working in various salons around Torbay and participating in courses.
Sam
Salon Director / Tutor / Assessor
Sam is a bubbly, fun all rounder with good technical skills and a broad smile. She is fully qualified having gained her NVQ Level 2 and 3, her A1 Assesors Award and PTTLS.
Karen
Senior Designer / Tutor
Karen is a naturally talented star who is building her skills and experience fast. Her ability to adapt techniques! Karen is qualified to NVQ Level 3. Karen is now working towards her A1 assesors award.
Flo
Salon Stylist
Flo is fully qualified in NVQ2 & NVQ3 in Hairdressing and is currently working towards her A1 Assessors Award to enable her to develop her career further.
Becky
Salon Stylist
The newest addition to the e-hair team. Becky is currently working towards her Level 3 Qualification. A very bubbly member of the team, you're sure to see her around the salon.
Imogen
Salon Stylist
Imogen is qualified at NVQ2 and NVQ3 level and is now studying towards her A1 Assessors award.
Imogen is always busy in the salon and specialises in Hair Extensions.
Josh
Salon Assistant and Trainee
Josh is working with us as part of his NVQ level 2 Apprenticeship and has had previous experience working in salons. With his good customer service skills, Josh is always happy to help you with any enquiries you may have.
Libby
Salon Assistant and Trainee
You will see Libby helping around the salon, shampooing clients and taking on reception duties. She is currently working towards her NVQ qualification.
Jade
Salon Assistant and Trainee
Jade has just finished her Level 2 Certificate in Hairdressing qualification and is now progressing onto her NVQ2 qualification. Jade can often be seen carrying out reception duties, welcoming clients and generally helping around the salon.

A former salon owner; Iris’s organised and passionate nature means all learning programmes are structured and interesting. Fully qualified, her skills and knowledge constantly assist the development of our Instructors and Assessors. Her qualifications include:

Garath
Tutor / Assessor
Garath has over 5 years training experience and is qualified in NVQ, Level 2 and 3 and has attained the A1 Assessors Awards. Although Garath is no longer is the Salon as he concentrates on his own venture, he's still a valued member of the team!
Claire
Tutor / Assessor
Professional and personable, Claire is an experienced assessor and passionate about students. She is a natural teacher, fully qualified having gained NVQ Level 3 and A1 Assessors Awards plus the 7407 teaching qualification.
Loren-Em
Tutor / Assistant Assessor
Loren-Em currently delivers the Level 2 certificate in Hairdressing qualification to students at our Exeter Academy and always brings her bubbly personality to any training session. Loren-Em is a fully qualified hairdresser who is currently working towards her A1 Asssessors Award qualification.

Paul’s experience and knowledge of our industry and its key players, makes him vital for our product support and business advice.
Lynn
PA to Director / Administration Co-ordinator
Chances are that when contacting the E-Hair offices, you will be greeted by Lynn, our Adminstration Co-ordinator and PA to Richard Cherry. Lynn brings her experienced organisational skills and personable nature to be able to assist you with all your enquiries.

Tutor / Assessor/ Employer Engagement
Previously having been a Salon Supervisor, Kate is a motivated Trainer who is well known for her enthusiastic approach. A students’ favourite, Kate is currently looking after Work Based Assessment and is, of course, fully qualified. ;)

Tutor / Assessor / Marketing Co -ordinator
Jody has many years of experience in the Hairdressing industry, having had the good fortune to work in countries worldwide. A former Salon owner, Jody is able to bring her expertise to our short courses and one to one training sessions.

Anita is a fully qualified Beauty Therapist who's enthusiastic nature and inspiring teaching makes our Beauty courses an enjoyable learning experience for all our students.

Owner of E-beauty / Beauty Therapist / Tutor / Assessor
Elly has been a qualified Beauty Therapist for over 9 years ; five of which have been running her own busines as well as teaching beauty. Elly has gained a vast wealth of experience through working in many salons within the South West including 5 Star Guinot Crown Salons and specialised Skin Clinics. Elly carries out specialist treatments including IPL laser treatments, medi-facial peels, Hollywood lash extensions, waxing and facial treatments. Her passion for Beauty provides outstanding treatments with results that give her clients confidence.
Katherine
Beauty Therapist - Full Time Beauty Therapist/ Assessor
Kate is a full time Beauty Therapist within the Salon and has previously worked within the one of the South West's largest Spas. kate specialises in Hot Stone Massage, Swedish Massage, Gelicure Nails, Fakebake and the Dermalift Non-Surgical face lifting treatments. She has a keen eye for detail and her happy, enthusiastic nature is a hit with the clients.
Nina
Beauty Therapist - Part Time
Nina works on a part time basis within the Salon and displays great passion and understanding for Beauty treatments especially Gelicure Nails, Hollywood and Brazilian waxing, Spray Tanning and Make-Up. She has a caring nature and will always go that extra mile to ensure her clients' treatment and aftercare is second to none.
