Our stylists are also Instructors and Assessors who are constantly evaluated and who attend updating skills seminars every year. This helps the motivation and inspiration for the team who can in turn pass on fashion / hair trends to salon customers and academy students and models.

Richard & Nancy

Salon / Academy Principals

The Salon team work under the entrepreneurial leadership of Richard and Nancy Cherry.

Their biography includes global tours including Europe and Asia, providing hair workshops and fashion styling tips. Having worked in Denmark helping to forward new teaching programmes, they have recently gained inspirational teaching awards, and been involved in the latest 'excellent' Ofsted reports.

They previously gained experience whilst working with celebrity stylists; Andrew Jose, Peter Lunn, David Drew, Damien Carney and Paul Falltrick, to name but a few, and also performing stage work at Salon International and charity hair events.

Richard and Nancy’s passion is to help raise industry standards of skills and knowledge to create a salon feeling of excellence and enjoyment where clients have a supreme understanding and confidence in all stylists and the services provided.

Jade

Salon Business Manager

Jade is the newest addition to the e-hair team. You'll be greeted by her friendly face at reception and she'll be happy to help with any queries you may have. Just ask!

Sharon

Salon Ambassador

Sharon is an all round gifted technical stylist who enjoys providing fresh styling releases to all her clients in the Salon. Sharon is fully qualified having attained her NVQ level 2 and 3; A1 Assessors Award and 7302 qualification. Her wide range of abilities enable her to provide insprirational seminars and showcases including her passion for creative long hair work and hair extensions.

Kim

Technical Stylist (Currently on Maternity Leave)

Kim is very gifted in technical styling and stays up to date with trend cutting and has a great following of local clients. She is fully qualified in L2 and L3 and has obtained her A1 Assessor Award and 7303 Teacher/Instructor Award.

Alex

Senior Designer

Alex is working towards his Level 3 Qualification. Alex specialises in creative cutting and traditional barbering techniques. Alex has won various local competitions, emphasising his passion for the industry.

Sam

Senior Designer

Sam is a bubbly, fun all rounder with good technical skills and a broad smile. She is fully qualified having gained her NVQ Level 2 and 3 and is currently working towards her Assessors and Teaching Awards.

Karen

Stylist

Karen is a naturally talented future star who is building her skills and experience fast. Her ability to adapt techniques and current trends is exciting to watch!! Karen is qualified to NVQ Level 2 and NVQ Level 3.

Mel

Graduate Stylist

Having completed the NVQ Level 2 qualification and working towards the end of NVQ Level 3, Mel is building up her clientele and gaining new skills fast. An excellent member of the team, Mel provides good services and treatments; helping you gain the maximum from your E-hair experience.

Iris

Training Centre Co-Ordinator

A former salon owner, Iris’s organised and passionate nature means all learning programmes are structured and interesting. Fully qualified, her skills and knowledge constantly assist the development of our Instructors and Assessors. Her qualifications include:

Garath

Senior Assessor

Over 5 years training experience, Level 2 and 3 qualified with A1 Assessors Awards. Garath enjoys his role in the e-hair creative team, although he's taken a back-step from the salon to concentrate on his own venture, he's still a valued member of the team!

Claire

Senior Assessor

Professional and personable, Claire is an experienced assessor and passionate about students. She is a natural teacher, fully qualified having gained NVQ Level 3 and A1 Assessors Awards plus the 7407 teaching qualification.

Karen Radford

Beauty Co-Ordinator

Karen is responsible for the delivery and assessment of all our current beauty programmes. She brings her experience and personable charm to guide and progress our candidate therapists. Her qualifications include:

Academy Administrator

Chances are that when contacting the E-Hair offices, you will be greeted by Lynn, our administrator leader. Lynn brings her experienced organisational skills and personable nature to be able to assist you with all your enquiries.

Instructor / Assessor

‘Kate’, previously a Salon Supervisor is a motivated Trainer who is well known for her enthusiastic approach. A students’ favourite, Kate is currently looking after Work Based Assessment and of course is fully qualified with too many qualifications to even mention.
