Thanks so much for your interest in my videos and my brand "TheSalonGuy". It means the world to me! Watch celebrity Red Carpet Interviews, Fashion Events, Hair Shows, Celebrities, Motivation, Inspiration, Hair Tutorials, How To's, Education and videos in the Salon and Beauty Industry.
I started TheSalonGuy brand 5 years ago after the passing of my Mother and discovering a role model of mine who has a few books on turning your passion into a business. I have spent the last 20+ years in the salon industry, tech and fashion. I left the industry at some point to become a Fireman and Aux. Police Officer. I did 6 years service and resigned shortly after 9/11.
I have a passion for helping people, educating and motivating. I work with major brands, local businesses and individuals looking to expand and grow.
My videos will be focused on celebrity hairstyles, athletes, models, actors, social media stars and event videos.
Thank you so much for this video… now whenever I can tell I’m going bald I can go look at your very useful hair system videos! ….Randall Pink Floyd?
In my 5 years in undergrad engineering I lost a bit of hair. I moved out and started buying shampoos. Previously, my dad would buy us Head and Shoulders. At this time I decided to get a buzz cut instead of a longer style. I noticed a bit of recession, so I decided to go to a natural salon. They gave me some Aveda shampoo and treatment. After a couple uses, I realized there was a TON of built up dead skin on my scalp. Wash your damn head properly. Anti-dandruff shampoo is a scam. Get some natural ingredients.
That stuff scares the hell out of me. I’m 20 and a faint triangle formed in the center, although there was a perfect straight line of hair on the side of the forehead one year ago.
Was the same for me 5 years ago had perfect hair and then it just progressed with front hairline going, then hair thinning like mad and if I didn’t start using drugs 7 months ago for my hair I would be near bald by now
Glad I have a full head of hair still. I’m hoping I’ll be fully greyed out before I do.
What’s up man! Love the videos

Thank you for this comment am growing my hair and I lose a little not that much when I shower I got scared but I dream is it rock the bold hairstyle like you in the future
Great video man, glad to know I’m not going bald! By the way, can you do a video about flyaways and how to get rid of them?
I’m 17 and the corners of my hair line have resided a little bit over the past few years. I have thick full black long hair. I’m currently trying to use more higher end hair products and just taking care of my hair overall to try and prevent any more hair line recession
My frontal hair is thinning.
Get a buzzcut. And prevent it.
Starting from the end, you really look good with your scalp shape and with the system too.. And yes I agree with the hat thing exerting pressure and preventing ventilation. I try to keep my hair tie a bit loose and just let it fall down whenever appropriate.. I may add to this non punctual shampooing also may increase hairloss. Indeed as we age new unwanted hair grows everywhere., mine at back and ears
Not sponsored, minoxdil and derma rolling is the best option, other than that dht blockers or hair transplant which alot of people don’t recommend those options.
“And I noticed when I took the hair off- I mean the hat off” LMAO
